We ask for your home airport or home city so that we can provide you more useful travel information and to better match you with destinations.
How do I change my assigned password when I first visit the site?
When you log in for the first time with your assigned password and email address you will be asked to complete additional information to create a travel profile. You will have the option to change your password at that stage.
How do I change my password?
Select the Edit My Account text from the Your Trip Profiles page . This will take you to the Edit Account screen where you can change your password.
Why am I only allowed to select and rank ten travel interests?
Through extensive testing and experience we have found that matching destinations based on your top ten interests provides the best destination recommendations.
How are the destination recommendations determined?
We match your prioritized list of travel interests against all the destinations and their travel profiles (as profiled by her experts). The destinations that best match your travel priorities are recommended in priority order.
What does the Filter function do?
The Filter function helps you narrow down your match results when you are looking for specific requirements. After viewing your initial destination recommendations you may select to view only those destinations in your initial results that contain a specific interest match or are in a specific geographic region.
Who are the travel experts profiling the destinations?
Our travel experts are recognized experts in the travel field who have written for travel publications such as Frommer's, Fodor's or Lonely Planet. They focus on specific destinations for us and lend us their expertise to profile the destinations for our matching engine as well as provide us their summaries of the destinations.
